The Center for Information, Education, and Communication Center (CIEC) is a computer hub that provides IT-related support to all departments and administrative offices of Mindanao State University – Maguindanao.

We utilize a support ticket system to streamline support requests and serve you better. Every support request will be assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

We keep a complete archive and history of all your support inquiries for your reference.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.


Please note:

  1. We answer most inquiries within 24 hours.
  2. Issues and concerns requiring research or input from other departments may take longer.
  3. You can always check the status of your inquiry by providing your email address and a ticket number.
  4. In case of additional information on the same issue and concern, so long there is no action taken yet, DO NOT CREATE a new ticket number.
