The Center for Information, Education, and Communication Center (CIEC) is a computer hub that provides IT-related support to all departments and administrative offices of Mindanao State University – Maguindanao.
We utilize a support ticket system to streamline support requests and serve you better. Every support request will be assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
We keep a complete archive and history of all your support inquiries for your reference.
A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Please note:
- We answer most inquiries within 24 hours.
- Issues and concerns requiring research or input from other departments may take longer.
- You can always check the status of your inquiry by providing your email address and a ticket number.
- In case of additional information on the same issue and concern, so long there is no action taken yet, DO NOT CREATE a new ticket number.
